Philosophy of Education

I believe that a teacher must know his students. It is important for teachers to communicate and build positive relationships with students and their guardians. My goal is to motivate students to have a desire for knowledge inside and outside of the classroom.  If students can achieve this goal, they will become successful in everything that they do.
