Philosophy of Eduation

I believe that all students are capable of learning.  As teachers, we must foster a postivie classroom environment that is conducive to learning.  Students must feel comfortable enough to express themselves creatively and confidently on a daily basis.  If we can help students to set and reach short term goals each year, then we can see long term results in the future.
