SGM (Ret) Lenora White served 28 years in the military, prior to becoming an JROTC Instructor. Her last assignments prior to retirement was HHB, 32nd Army Missile Defense Command Senior Logistics Supervisor, Army Chief of Staff G4 SGM. Sergeant Major White is also a Combat Veteran, who has deployed on three different occasions. The major highlight of my military career was teaching at the Non-Commissioned Officers (NCO) Academy, which was the start and the foundation of where leadership starts for Junior NCO. I enjoyed providing guidance, coaching, teaching, and mentoring our Soldiers to become great, successful leaders. This is how I feel about our students/cadets.
